What always calms you down when you’re really stressed out and upset?

knowing I'm 74 and the other side is coming not too long from now

and also knowing I have reached closure about my own bio

and sometimes some gooey amber lovely substance that reminds me we have a magical mystical impossibly beautiful world to cherish and nurture if we only KNEW it

My back yard... gardening. Usually getting busy with things I like to do.

Really stressed out and upset? Just time and my own space.
