no matter how much you help people.. they're not yours .. they don't appriciate.. they don't even care
I think if you want to live happily you have to be selfish about your own self respect.

{@dairymilk] yes i agree there is nothin like having help thrown back at you . but you can take comfort in the fact you where there to help though not respected or appreciated .you make think the selfish attitude is the right one but it is not
