Somewhere close to 3.5 hrs for 45 miles.

some 4 hrs. back when the power outage happened that day in aug. '03. long walk home.
@cycleman Oh my gosh! I would've been crying all the way home.
The longest when I was commuting was two extra hours when the train was closed down. But after the Loma Prieta earthquake a couple of my colleagues slept on my sofa bed because they couldn't get back across the bridge at all.
I am so happy i moved away from traffic
