Another One Bites The Dust…

I can’t believe that they needed a grand jury to decide if the police officer should not be charged with a crime. The officer used deadly force against this man who was accused of raping a woman and a teenage girl. He fled the scene and the police were called, he had ran out of the house naked. He was holding a pistol and police used deadly force against him. Why would they need a grand jury to decide to let the police officer off?
One less jail cell freed up for someone else.

It's the law, and in many cases, it's merely just going through the process. Any death not by natural causes must be investigated, and in a case where the death was caused by another person, a grand jury must give the case its due diligence, if only to "no bill" it later.
