Another One Bites The Dust…

I can’t believe that they needed a grand jury to decide if the police officer should not be charged with a crime. The officer used deadly force against this man who was accused of raping a woman and a teenage girl. He fled the scene and the police were called, he had ran out of the house naked. He was holding a pistol and police used deadly force against him. Why would they need a grand jury to decide to let the police officer off?
One less jail cell freed up for someone else.

I cannot understand why you even need a grand jury, it seems a waste of time and money. In Australia they are charged, bail is a option, and go to trial with a jury

@nedkelly I agree, the man fit the description, was naked when he left the crime scene, was naked when the police found him, and holding a handgun, which is was likely intending to use. Police will yell “Drop the gun” and if a suspect doesn’t they’ll be toast. He was accused of raping a teenage girl and a woman repeatedly, was drugging his wife and doing it and I don’t know about the girl. Probably did that while the wife was still drugged. A real waste of air.
