I Speak French

After many tortuous hours of studying French at school, the only things I seem to have retained are:
“where is the toilet ?”
“Where is the cat/dog?”
“My name is x and I live in x”
“Would you like to sleep with me tonight?”
(Though to be honest I think the last one was down to Patti La belle rather than my French teacher)
So if I ever lose a pet in France and they’re hiding in the toilet only to be found by a French hottie I want to sleep with I’ll be fine.
Otherwise I’m completely on my own.

😂 Still there’s comfort in that. We didn’t have french so I took german. I can say good morning, good night, wonderful, and potato salad. I’m completely comfortable with the idea of visiting Germany.
Hopefully they’ll serve potato salad at every meal-LOl! Xx@JustNik

@Emryn it’s good to know I won’t starve. I do wish I actually liked potato salad though. 😂
Did you mean *years? I studied English from age 10-18 (and feel almost like it's my native tongue), and studied French from age 12-18. Still, the last year of french class, none of us could hardly say anything useful. 😂
