How come EP never shadow banned BillyMadison?

Shadow banning has been a part of Internet forums forever and I have no idea why the admin back on ep would not have used this on him

Possibly because he had numerous accounts and IP addresses, so he could always see what was going on one way or the other? I think things would work that way?

@SW-User Maybe, I don't know. Who knows if he had innocuous accounts in addition to the ones that upset people? Like I said, I'm not sure how that works.

Because EP's technology was very outdated and there didn't seem to be any human moderation to speak of, so that option probably didn't exist there.
