Good for you, I'm trying to get there as well, but I just have trouble going to bed constantly early...

I've gotten it down to 7... and next gonna try 6:30...

Though I failed to go to bed in time now, especially since my brain seems to need 9 or more hours of sleep :( gonna get a bit less than 7 if I go to bed right now
