I don't think "always" is right...but when you start to know yourself quite well, you know when to protect your heart and why that is so.

@SW-User Sometimes people with good hearts throw theirs out in order to protect another. Even if we know it’s going to hurt in the end.

You can’t always keep it locked up. Because then you may miss out…
