STUFF ABOUT THINGS
No idea why I typed the title in caps - probably because that's how I heard it in my head.
Anyway, a friend online recommended a podcast to me yesterday which I spent all of yesterday listening to. It's called Out of Place and it's about an archivist who gets sent items from alternate realities to document and archive (season 1)/ after action report data to write up for a team of soldiers who visit alternate Earths to determine how everyone there died (season 2). I'm most of the way through season 2 at the moment, and I absolutely love it. My favourite episode so far has to be episode 10 of season 1 called "Victory", about a record from 1918 with songs called 'Ghost of Flanders' and 'Eat Your Mushroom Kaiser Bill' which leads to the main character determining that the Battle of Messines Ridge gets a bit... atomic in that timeline.
