I Have No Motivation

I received an email from my school saying that due to academics I may not be able to return for a year.

I lack time management and frequently watch youtube videos and play video games. I will now be behind a year in college.

It seems as though I have no motivation. I want to pursue music therapy for my masters but I can't even get past sophmore year in college. How do I break this cycle of procrastination and failure?
