@anythingoes477 nope not correct. It's always the person that I HAVE to collaborate with and work closely with. I don't look at work like a social club, however, since my workday takes up 8+ hours of my day, [i]for me[/i] at least, it's important to get along with others

@iamnikki That isn't what your initial post says. Your initial posts says you are unhpppy you never seem to have things in common with...and click..with those you work with.

A job is a job and a social life is a social life. You don't have to like or have things n common with someone that one deals with strictly on a business basis. If that was the case I would be miserable everyday because everyone that worked for me didn't want to be my best friend.

@anythingoes477 I agree there. But like I said, for me, it's important to get along. I'm not looking for a best friend at work. Just for folks to get along. I know that that doesn't always happen. Thanks for your answer
