I've become so good at dreaming when I'm awake that I can close my eyes and then feel like I'm opening them and see my room.

It's a super strange experience, since it actually feels like I'm looking around until I open my eyes. I'm telling you, practicing seeing mental images every night gives some interesting capabilities.

Yes after doing that some are able to Astral projection

@SW-User that's not how real life works 😳
SW-User
@MartinTheFirst yeah but some have weird skills, first you do it in your surroundings, you see your own body liying there in your bed 😳 then you can explore other places.

Well I'm open to the belief but can't assure something I haven't lived myself hehe 😁

@SW-User Like I said it feels real so I'm quite certain that some people also think it's real.. but it's just in your head, but that doesn't make it less interesting. Being able to see mental images (that are only in your head) so clearly as if you were opening your eyes is fascinating.

That’s pretty good. Are you able to paralyze your body while you do it to project?

@Heavenlywarrior This is getting too voodooboodoo for me, I'm just exploring my mind. I'm not paralyzing myself or projecting onto anything lol

@MartinTheFirst our bodies naturally paralyze its self during deep sleep to not act out our dreams… some don’t and sleep walk. But the e process is called sleep paralysis.
