If you go to therapy..do you get your therapist a Christmas gift?

I did give my therapist a small gift of gloves with a few chocolate truffles , a couple years ago. She really liked it. I think it costed five bucks in total. I may give something small again to my new therapist. I know you don't have to but I like to.
