Ride while smoking [I Love to Ride My Bicycle]

Does any body else have a town full of grown men slowly riding 20" children's bikes with no brakes while smoking cigarettes? Usually shirtless or a ribbed tank top.

No but I see grizzly old fucks on beat up old whizzers and minibikes running around with a butt in their mouths quite a bit..
