@BizSuitStacy They say that most people wouldn’t want 80% of what gets ordered because a lot of it is specialty items like water filters for certain models of refrigerators, medical stuff, replacement parts for various items, self-published books on a variety of obscure subjects and just weird items that would be hard to sell. But they go ahead and steal it taking a chance it’ll be something that they can either use or sell. They recently convicted a young guy of stealing 17 packages last year off of porches and he gets to go to prison for it now. He was only caught stealing 17 no telling how many he stole before he got caught. My neighbor had a package stolen when she was at work, she calls me now if I am at home I go get it for her or hide it somewhere she knows where to look.

@cherokeepatti Yep. If you are getting a delivery of some sort, you have to plan on being around for it.

@BizSuitStacy the thing is that they change the delivery date so much any more. When you order several things they may give you 3 different delivery times too ,and then change one of them to bump up for an earlier or later delivery.

@BizSuitStacy There was a man who got caught stealing Amazon packages off of a truck in Oklahoma City after he dumped a huge amount of bags of empty boxes and packing materials on private rural property. Police went through the bags and found a single invoice for something other than Amazon with his name & address on it. He had taken a bag of his own trash and dumped it along with the Amazon packaging. Police got a search warrant and found thousands of items he had stolen and was selling.

@BizSuitStacy He was probably just so tired from tearing open all those packages and sorting them out that he slipped up is all. 😂
