I Want to Take Better Care of My Health
I got lucky - I got in tomorrow to see my surgeon to hopefully get my second mastectomy done!
My appointment was originally scheduled for next week so bumping things up a week.
I’m on the mend, I still kinda smell sickly sweet (it’s a weird smell that’s not exactly offensive but it’s different) because I’m healing from being raw from radiation. That sh-* totally stripped all layers of my skin! No one warned me it could get that bad...but I’m batting almost 1000 for getting the worst of all side effects from every treatment (chemo, surgery, radiation).
Wish me luck that I get my surgery scheduled soon! 🤞🏼
