Feeling so unwell

My leg injury made me take very strong antibiotics and while i was having vitamins, it still developed 3 ulcers at different places in my mouth. They are extremely painful so I started applying ointment and having folic acid.

When i woke up today i had throat infection and after an hour my body started aching badly.

I still have a throbbing headache because of the mouth ulcers and i can hardly eat or drink anything.

I don't yet have fever but i suspect that's gonna be next.

And i don't want to again go to the doctor for more medicines 😫

Any home remedies?

Edit:
Took suggestion from @REMsleep
And taking Becosules

Eat foods rich in antibiotics like garlic, onion, lemons etc...You need to strengthen your immune system brother...I think it's a normal thing to have those issues, but you need to eat healthy to recover.

@SW-User Steroids are great for mouth ulcers, I remember my mother got a tube of steroid cream for such things many years ago. I asked her where it went but apparently it's really difficult to get aholf of because it's dangerous.

I guess, mouth ulcers are side effect of antibiotic. As soon as they are stopped or changed, you will naturally get relief. Plums helped me cure mouth ulcers naturally when I was under heavy antibiotics. Vitamin supplement is also good to go.

For throat infections, I found Alex chewable tablets very fast & effective .

Folic acid and some vitamins are needed. Some fruits, buttermilk, honey can help. It can take 4-6 days. I used to take b-folcin tablets. I think they also have gel.

@SW-User Just try to sleep, close your eyes and clear your mind. It will be a difgicult night, but sleep helps with the healing process too

For mouth ulcers we gargle twice daily severl times each with warm salted water to kill the bacteria and increase healing time of the open ulcer. For pain we use any pain relief gels or mouth spray meant for sore throat or dental.

@SW-User Yes it does burn but honestly it helps so much so you can eat and drink. Also there is an amino acid supplement called Lysine. Supposedly if you take this 1000mg per day as soon as you feel the tingle it will stop it from forming or make it much less in duration. I did try it but my results after using for a few months were inconclusive. A Dr recommended it to me. Since you say you get them often you might give it a try.
