They have morninga in Viet Nam and i remember reading last year that nobody died there from Covid. But then again they have a lot of other natural anti-virals that are common in their diet.

@cherokeepatti Ya moringa is used heavily in SÉ Asia and India. I cook with it once in awhile. My neighbor has a tree lol

@Quetzalcoatlus I would definitely plant it if it grew here in this zone. Star anise, lemongrass, garlic, basil, and green tea are also good and might just have a synergetic effect when combined. and there are more

@OldMan70 there are several forms of vitamin d. The body activates even d3 to The dihydroversion. It is somewhat complicated, but if you go to purchase a vitamin, yrs, buy d3. But, I would generally not go above 1000 units, unless under a physicians care for a deficiency or a child with rockets.
