None if you take proper care of your body. I’ve seen everything that people have suggested in the comments look good on different people regardless of their age, same with looking bad. 😌 Proper care and health all play a large role.
@Stark And you know beyond a doubt that she’d had no surgery to help the process ?
@NightsWatch What ?
@bijouxbroussard No, because it wasn’t about surgery. It was about her being in fit and in shape at such an old age. Her look in the face did look young, but I feel if she got surgery it would have looked more unnatural. She was doing pull ups, and that’s the reason her tik tok blew up. I wish I could find it, because it was baffling to me me. As to why my perspective about this topic has changed. Before seeing that video I probably wouldn’t think how I think about it now. I mean, I’ve always thought health played some part in it as to why I’ve recently started working out myself for future purposes, but I think it plays a larger role than I thought before.

Hands, saw a photo of a woman I used to ride the school bus with, she’s a year younger than me and is a local judge & is retiring. They had a front page story about her and she was pictured in her robe and her hands looked like they were an 80-year old woman’s hands. Kind of shocked by that and her white hair now.
Stress, genetics, diet or all three maybe? I think it's so cruel that it's the hands that often give us away, but makes sense for a number of reasons. Some of us should be so lucky our faces gracefully age.😆@cherokeepatti

@AnonymouslyYours I don’t know what it was, those hands were much older-looking than her face, very deeply wrinkled. I did notice on the newspaper website that they changed photos of her in that article to exclude her hands after they printed the other photo in the paper version. I think she might have something to do with that.
