I wanna do the detox
Buy the right foods
Cook the noms
Kill it at the Gym

Theres no such thing as a detox those are all gimmicks and fads. Start with running 20 minutes each morning and add five minutes everyday and after you reach an hour than join the gym. Get a gym bag and a weeks worth of gym clothes because it takes time to get ready for the gym. And food wise drink a lot of water fruits and vegetables oats and anything healthy. Stay away from sweets and dairy.

Do a month of that and then join a program at the gym and there's plenty of books on nutrition.
Start small reach 10 000 steps a day, drink enough water, set yourself a manageable goal for home cooked meals. Don’t beat yourself up if you get take away etc. Extreme stuff doesn’t work
