Worked only slightly for me. The most effective thing I've found outside of professional whitening was charcoal toothpaste.

Mix up a paste of peroxide and baking soda and use that. Results come quick, sorry not sure how long but not long at all.

It doesn't help

Regular hydrogen peroxide doesn't have enough to really whiten but might get surface stains off.
