there are a few areas/ spots you can lightly massage or put light pressure to
in front of your ears
just under your brow you can feel a "dent' in the boney ridge
and between your eyes (top of your nose)

Sometimes I have tension headache or whatever it’s called. Pain in my neck and behind my ears. I can’t smile property. Painkillers don’t help?
I get them sometimes .. Horrid stuff. It's unbearable.
