I don't know if this will help but maybe put on some music you enjoy and only clean for 10 to 20 minutes at a time. But do it at least once a day. It might feel less overwhelming that way.

Build routines. Make a list of what needs to be done and get a day planner. If you go into detail it can help plan your shopping list and your budget as well. Its a kind of anchor, or a compass. depending on whether your problem is how to start today, or how to plan tomorrow. reading up a little on the basics of Cognitive behaviour therapy can offer you some pointers you may find helpful..😷

I don't I do a poor job at it. I put everyone else first and put my needs on hold to make sure everyone else is good

I make it a game. I have things I ENJOY doing...like going online, or playing Sherlock...and I tell myself that I am not ALLOWED to go online...or play Sherlock...or read my book...until the dishes are washed...or until I have picked up and organized a certain mess...in other words, no fun for me until I have done at LEAST one thing.
