Knee pain anyone?

Hurts on the inside of my left knee. If i sit it hurts. If i lay down it hurts. Putting a pillow under it while i'm on my back. Feels better after i walk a bit but then hurts more after i stop. Ibuprofen, aspirin, and acetaminophen don't do much for it. Afraid to go in to the doctor as they usually are pretty worthless and just send you a big bill. Icing it kind of helps. Wakes me up. I need zero G.

@whowasthatmaskedman i just stepped wrong or slept wrong. The gap is still good in the joint but the miniscus is doing something weird in a spot. I wonder if they can have a hernia?

@Tastyfrzz Or some other injury to the spot.. All other things being equal it may be worth investigating, to insure a recovery, or prevent more damage.😷
