The reason isn't straight forward. Yet I believe it's because they want longer thought out posts.

You must think about a title when you write a long post.

I remember that was one of the reasons for the new hierarchy. Too many short questions long ago.

So they removed the questions section all together.

Maybe because I suggested them 6 years ago, they didn't agreed that time, but later realized. It is need to tell the readers in the listing itself what it is about, so that they only open if they feel they should.

@ABCDEF7 that was long before the hierarchy switch. Notice that title on that post was the name of the old group.

You can actually edit that title, with the group name, as well now.

BTW gentle was a moderator. And I have seen no evidence that he is still active. Jessica is still active a bit.
