I feel you. I don't even want to look at my pics past February because of all the weight I lost and I miss being able to do stuff somewhat normally. Health problems suck. It's freaking hard to stay motivated while being sick.

Yes, it is difficult when we are confronted with signs of our own reduced ability and as well, in my case, aging.

@SwampFlower sure, I had the shingles on my face and that’s caused long term nerve damage.
