Get tested. It could just be anxiety, but the anxiety could come at seem consistently high numbers, and that could be a much more serious problem.

I’m afraid as well but I think 5 pounds will show in your blood work. It’s not easy losing weight. I’ve struggled soo badly these past months but I’m hoping to change that.

The doc is there to serve YOU. It's great that you lost that weight and you should be commended for it.

@uncalled4 I was supposed to lose more near 20, and only did 5. But you're right, and I didn't gain weight at least. I was also supposed to take A BP med, but my blood pressure is normal..she prescribed it because its high in the office (nervous), and I told her only occasionally am I off the chart nervous like that, so she prescribed it..but I know its normal regularly..i was afraid it would go low. Now im nervousIll be chastised😟

@Coralmist Ultimately, do what you want. There's no crime in keeping an eye on your BP with a cuff. You can always discontinue it if it gets too low.
put the nerves aside and go to the doctor. I get that feeling when I have to see my GYN. while not friends with I know his wife from the Doctors Wives Association

Oh no, sorry to read that, how much were you supposed to lose?
Coralmist · 41-45, F
@Wol62 Like 25 or so.
