Covid or the flue or whatever, always leaves me with a cough that takes almost two months to clear

I think I also had covid, the whole household had it. I don't like going to the doctor...but after like a week or so of not feeling well, I decided to mow the lawn . I began at 9am and mowed till 4 or 5 pm. I huffed and puffed , felt like I was near death's door. The sunshine and fresh air in the lungs did it, I coughed up all that phlegm and I shook whatever right off. That covid bugger makes one really weak.
