@smiler2012 it's exactly that, I know it's there, I can feel it so I touch it. I give it a squeeze and find a little white stuff but I can never get it all out. I'll be using plyers and tools soon 馃槀
Try using a poultice. Something like honey or Magnoplasm or slippery elm bark powder mixed into a thick paste with tea tree oil and stuck on with a spot or square bandaid. Leave it there until you feel the pressure release. Then wash with an anti-acne face wash.
