I feel like my mental health is getting better since I started the routine to wake up every day at 4 AM and watch sunrise on the beach side

I don't see how that couldn't help anybody's mental health a little. Being Proactive in our own health care is more crucial to us having good health than any dr's visit

What I'm trying to say is good job! Keep being flexible and diverse then you will learn to always be in control when it is within your capabilities. If that makes sense
