I think im depressed

my doctor refilled my prescription, gonna go pick them up. I genuinely cannot live life like this. I have really really bad memory problems. I can never remember what depression or mania feels like until it comes back again. Im gonna try to sleep all day. See y’all tomorrow or something

Maybe tell him they are too strong of lesser of a dose? Maybe a new doctor can give a second opinion on prescription. Or maybe in time side effects will become mild due to a tolerance. Sounds painful truly sorry.
