How many times a week do you 'treat' yourself?

@Coralmist and treating yourself means, you'll appreciate it more than anyone else, you'll always pick the right gift, treat etc, no one deserves it more than you and you don't have to say thank you.. 😆 🤣

0 to 1, or about 1 to 2 times a mo.

If possible, I like to go to Bánh Mì Hội An, a Vietnamese sandwich shop and enjoy their amazing food, my favorite being the grilled pork sandwich. But usually only do that once a month as a special treat.

No sweet stuff for me.

While I have been at the farm, I have been having a little slice of buttermilk pie occasionally. Since today is our last day for about a month, I'm going to finish it off!

It used to be often I’d stop at a convenience store and get something but not much any more. Have gotten some Icy drinks and need to lay off of those, too much sugar.

I used to buy a kilogram of chocolate macadamias and eat them with peanut butter in my bedroom with candles lit…. It was amazing .

I love donuts and muffins, but apple fritters are my favorite in that department.

More often than not, I must admit.

I have a chocolate ice cream bar every other night after dinner.

I like to stop for coffee and donuts at this one mall I go to:
