FOOT HEALTH Ladies (and gents) I want to help you

So many people abuse their feet every day. They wear shoes that are too tight for them and shoes that force their toes inwards, causing their toes to become crooked and painful. At worst, it can cause bunions and other painful conditions.

Toes are a really important part of our body. They are actually linked to our heart. If we are stressed we clenched our toes and it caused the muscles to shorten pulling them out of shape. So many people don’t realize that they actually clench their toes and there is lots of tension in their toes.

The picture below shows you what perfectly healthy feet should look like. Notice how her toes are perfectly strait, even her little toe.

Please I beg you, look after your feet. You will carry them for the rest of your life and you only get one pair. Don’t destroy your feet by wearing uncomfortable shoes. You can have many shoes, but you only have one pair of feet.
