Have you ever nearly eaten dangerously undercooked meat?

A few months ago, I got a Burger King burger that was so raw, that it was still mooing.

Steak can be ok cooked less than well because the bacteria are only on the surface . With chicken and pork and seafood the bacteria are throughout.@Doometernal

I eat raw beef a lot. Sometimes I make a patty and sear it on purpose. I’ve done this for years. Not pork, chicken, or other meat though. I am firm on this.
