Do you swallow or chew a tablet pill?

Swallow! Chewing is no good; you break the seal that protects it when it enters the stomach......that's going from slow release to full effect straight away...

I don't think you're supposed to chew them. That's probably risky with a lot of them.

I've only witnessed chewing in movies

Swallow with lots of water.

I swallow the chewables too.

I don't do pills period

I inject them.
