So I think I figured out why my hair has been looking like trash these last couple of years...

I used to have healthy hair, but I also used to air dry it.

It wasn't til these last couple of years I've been impatient and using hair driers on high heat.

I been using heat resistant sprays, but still...

Wouldn't surprise me if its all because of heat damage 😶
