I Love to Workout

Just started a new workout yesterday.
I woke up and didn't feel the effects. I was like "awesome".
It's 24 hours later and I feel it now😣🏋️

@Sazzio oh I stopped that the same week I started lol.
I started another one about 2 months ago but stopped it too. Guess I'll stay fat😂

@iamnikki Diet helps more. Keep away from sugar and carbs. However losing weight with diet alone can take about 6 months.

@Sazzio doubt that because my job is sedentary. Once I get the daily pains under control I can start exercising again

I mostly only get the sore feeling if i haven't worked out for a while. I have found that it you want to lessen the sore, then to re-exercise those same muscles the day after the exercise but in a much lighter way if that makes senses. It really takes the edge off of the sore.
