I Need To Workout More Often

So I completed my first ever 10km marathon last day. I know I should be proud about it but I feel bummed because I took longer time to complete than my friends who like me didn't participate in a marathon before. They're heavier than me but still they completed in a short time. I feel more tired than them too. Don't know why I have lower stamina despite exercising four times a week.

Firstly well done 👏 secondly there are so many factors which affect our pace, I find it better to focus on what you've achieved rather than analyse why we can't do something as well as someone else.
I think with more practice in different conditions it becomes possible to spot our weak points and so then work on them but this must come secondary to feeling proud of what you did

Aw. Just keep going and don’t put yourself down by comparing yourself to others. If anything, use it to motivate you :)
