@sspec I only eat sardines and saltine crackers to keep my amazing body so ripped. But don't tell anybody that's my secret. My kids aren't old enough to be exposed to the kind of nutary that goes on here. But they already know how ripped and wonderfully sexy I am. They see me pumping the iron and becoming more chiseled by each day.
