Seriously, I didn't mind the treadmill. I could put on my headphones and watch tv.

For cardio.... Toss up between the treadmill and elliptical.

For strength training... Free weights

If I’m gonna sweat I might as well do some chores and get something accomplished with my time. That’s what I think when I see a gym.
