What keeps you awake at night?

Many, many problems.
But first of all it´s loneliness which keeps me awake at night. Bitterly loneliness. 😞

Mostly the storm of my thoughts... sometimes they are positive thoughts such as anticipation of events that will soon take place.... sometimes they are bad, sad thoughts that prevent me from falling asleep... Both are part of being human, even if it is not always easy to bear the negative thoughts or memories.

I sleep very well.
