I decided to follow another girl named Anshula on Instagram but I am super hesitant to message her. Is it a good thing?

Anshula was a girl who was my classmate when we were im 6th to 10th grade. She was super cute and I did remember I had a mild crush on her too when we were in 10th grade but ignored it. Sadly my childhood friend Aishu didn’t reply or even see my message for a bit over 3 weeks and the other 20 year old girl who was my junior in school days and with whom I had been chatting for 10 days is on a vacation with her friends so she can enjoy there and we can chat on 1st Feb again when she will return. I heard a 2011 song Thug Le and it reminded me of this girl Anshula. She is 22 now and I also just turned 22 several weeks ago. I was a bit hesitant to follow her because she knew how much of a loser i was in high school as she used to see me getting bullied a lot by other boys. All her male friends were the popular boys in our school and I wasn't one and was really shy to talk with girls. Now I saw her profile pic on Instagram and she is super pretty now and I followed her but even if she follows me back I would be a bit hesitant and shy to message her because she might still think I am a loser.
