Do 25 year olds consider 22 year olds in the same age group as them or do they consider us younger?

As you all know I turned 22 almost 5 weeks ago and honestly i consider 25 to be in my age group as they are just 3 years older but would 25 year olds consider me in the same age group as them? I am asking because a lot of people say our brain fully develops at 25 so i am just curious.
