I wonder how a mac and cheese with a roasted red pepper cheese sauce would be

I've been thinking of changing it up and thought maybe a roasted red pepper cheese sauce and I can mix in pepper pieces in for texture. I wonder if a mixture of cheese,breadcrumbs and toasted pine nuts would be good on top. A parmesan cheese.

Cheesy Puttanesca sauce! Sounds great! Be sure to roast the peppers and peel them first.
