Can't be bothered...

I find the day after spending time with my mum I always come away feeling like crap.
I don't know what it is...
I mean I didn't even plan to spend as long as we did. We met up at 11am, I was going to walk doggy whilst she did her skipping. We went to have brunch then I helped her with the food shopping, we got back after 3pm. She suggested I stay for dinner. we had dinner at 7pm during strictly.
After we finished I suggested going home because I didn't want to walk doggy only to sit for another few hours to have to carry him home (he's afraid of the dark)
Today I've had a headache, eye pain, been constipated and generally feeling really sad!
Wtf is that all about?
Mother / Daughter relationships are complicated.

I used to feel the same way too. My mother has since passed and - to be perfectly honest - I do not miss the forced family interactions. They were exhausting.

How goes the interactions?

@WhateverWorks perhaps... I do find it hard work sometimes because I might have a thought and I don't know when to interject.

Yeah, I also find people like that exhausting even when I like them haha @Mellowgirl

@WhateverWorks perhaps that's what it is...
Recently she's been spending less time with me because I complained she was copying my style of dress. (she bought the same trainers and jacket I have)
Anyways instead of just developing her own style she decided the best way to resolve that was see me less.

@Lilnonames she might be gone sooner than I'd like since she keeps taking her BP meds with wine
