What kind of place do you work in that thinks that someone who showers and cleans up has a hygiene problem. If you are working in the back of the kitchen you probably have to wear a hairnet don’t you?

@SW-User well that’s gross as hell. He could cross-contaminate the cooked chicken with those filthy hands. I’m a stickler for bleaching the sink and counter and everything after cutting up or handling raw chicken. I used to make lunch at work and anytime I had to cook chicken I went through this cleaning routine. It wasn’t even a restaurant but I didn’t want anyone getting sick to be on my conscience.

@SW-User He could touch the biscuits and contaminate them. I stopped eating at a very popular restaurant in Oklahoma City due to the fact I got sick after ordering a lunch special. I know it was cooked fresh, the veggies were crispy enough and the meat was good too. It must have gotten cross-contaminated with some raw food or someone with unwashed hands touched it. I had crystallized ginger with me and that helped to blunt the gastric problem.
