Do you feel that being homosexual is a choice?

If that's true, do you remember when you decided you wanted to be attracted to the opposite sex? Like did you wake up one day when you were young n tell your body what you wanted it to be attracted to and it listened to you

To say it's a choice means heterosexuality is a choice too. When I was a kid I didn't look at boys and girls and say 'hmmm I wonder which I prefer?' I suddenly started looking at girls in a whole new way and that was that. Anyone who legit thinks homosexuality is a choice is at least bisexual.
And there's nothing wrong with any of it. What we are is what is natural to each of us individually.

No i dont think it is at all.
I think being overly gay is though and by that I mean those men who act overly feminine and fake a lisp and cant stop waving their arms around whenever they talk and so on. That i find weird.
Being gay in general though is not a choice imo

@Torsten that's true, people can choose to have it as part of who they are. But they can't choose who they're attracted to. Only cause choose how they'll handle their attraction

@Sweetguy024 agreed, they cant choose who they're attracted too and if so, why would they choose to have a harder life?
And being gay certainly would make life harder in some respects. Seen it firsthand with my brother

@Glossy kinda like fetishes, people with fetishes don't chose to have fets or even chose the fetishes that they have lol. Like me, I didn't look at a list of fetishes when I was a kid n decide to pick the ones I wanted

No, I don't. Do other creatures make decisions? I suspect not. It's hardwired. Deviation from heterosexuality is likely due to it being a tricky program prone to perhaps a 5% error rate.

I dont think there really is a norm. But i do think it is forced on u to b a certain way and only love the opposite gender
