Go to emergency! They cannot turn you away because of a lack of health insurance or insufficient health insurance. You don't have to suffer like that. No matter how much you are billed, if you ain't got the money to pay it in increment amounts that they sanction, that's ok, perhaps you can make arrangements to do reasonable monthly payments. If not pay them a little bit here and there, or what you can. That way you're establishing your good intentions. If you can't it's not your fault. Also, perhaps some form of social services or aid can help you. But please don't suffer without walking through those emergency doors no matter how much you might be billed.

@FurryFace i was driving and my heart rate spiked up high to the point i could hear the thumping. My left arm went tingly and i was having breathing issues. Pulled over and drank water and it went away. Got back on the road and a few minutes later it happened again.
