Eating the last 2 handfuls of almonds and some dried cherries. Thinking it would be really good together in a smoothie. Frozen cherries and almonds.

Would have to throw some kale otherwise this might turn into dessert smoothie rather than something to make ya lose weight. 🤔

Nah, go with fresh spinach, about 5-7 leaves, some cane sugar, some bananas, some strawberry Greek yogurt, and perhaps even some pecans

@MrAboo I like things to taste good, and organic cane sugar isn’t unhealthy (it’s what I use and sometimes stir into some flavors of Greek yogurt that aren’t sweet enough for me)

@th3r0n no, sugar is sugar, it’s glucose. Regardless of grown methods organic or not it’s still sugar. I’m trying to lose weight and lower my blood pressure. No added sugar. I appreciate natural tastes. Even the meat I cook is hardly seasoned.

@MrAboo actually it’s sucrose, though it breaks down to glucose

I like organic seasonings

I like strong flavors, but lately I tend to fry steak in butter (not that much) and thinly slice onion and pepper garlic and fry them all together and add nothing but pink Himalayan salt

There are relatively healthy ways to enjoy strong rich flavors

Turns out that natural sugar doesn’t mess with you much if you’re active, it has a lot more to do with activity than caloric intake

If you eat non natural foods it lowers your metabolism, but eating natural foods increases your metabolism as you intake more calories
